How a Signal Gets From Your Antenna to the Other Stations Antenna


If one is ignorant of what happens to a signal after it leaves one's antenna then one is going by shear luck.  One needs to know if one is using the right band, proper emission type for a given time in the sunspot cycle, at a iven tiem of day.  Learning the basics of propagation is essential.
